President at Mondo, an Addison Group company which provides digital marketing, creative and IT and tech staffing, Stephanie Wernick Barker is passionate about helping people do the things that feed their souls. She helped shape Mondo’s go-to-market strategy and delivery model with a five-step hiring process, resulting in an 81% increase in revenue growth since 2020 and 70% fulfillment rate. Barker was named Female Executive of the Year in the business services category at the Stevie Awards in 2019 and 2022. She currently serves as a member of Addison Group’s executive team.
