As CEO and owner of Osborne, Shona McManus has quadrupled turnover, profits and headcount since 2013. Since 2018, Osborne has added four new locations to its portfolio, including its first international office in Toronto, Canada. It placed in the top three best workplaces in its category at the Great Place to Work Awards 2020. McManus in June wrapped up a two-year term as Drogheda and District Chamber president and remains a board member on a number of committees and steering groups in her locale. She also chairs the SME management skills nationwide research project and steering group on behalf of Ireland’s Department of Enterprise.
