As Aerotek’s VP of strategic operations, Sara Staggs leads the organization in innovating staffing solutions, proactive awareness, usage of emerging technologies and continued execution of strategic delivery solutions. This year, she worked to bring greater segmentation and specialization to the industrial business through execution of a major organization shift into three separate units. She also made substantial progress in the workforce upskilling initiative for light industrial and skilled trade workers, and she built Aerotek’s managed resources offerings and refined on-premise services for better staffing solutions. Outside Aerotek, Staggs is active with fundraising for local and national charities.
