Sandra Garrett has a lengthy list of accomplishments, and the 25-plus year industry veteran attributes them to two things: passion and drive. Since 2003, she has been president of Jackson & Coker, the physician staffing brand of Jackson Healthcare, the fourth largest healthcare staffing provider in the US. Garrett works hard to create an environment where associates want to come to work and feel supported and appreciated. In 2018, Garrett and the leadership team traveled to Costa Rica to build homes for families in need; further, each month, Coker associates spend a day volunteering at a local charity.
