As VP and general counsel, Samira Alimohammad oversees SThree America’s legal and compliance division. She is responsible for protecting SThree’s assets across its six brands and has helped leaders mitigate exposure amid an increase in profit to $300-plus million today from $181 million in 2014. Most recently, Alimohammad reconstructed SThree’s contracts department, significantly reducing exposure to contractual risk while building out the compliance department and implementing policies adherent to federal, state and city laws. Alimohammad made the National Association Women Lawyers’ Rising 2021 list and is an active member of the American Staffing Association’s Legal and Legislative Committee.
