A passionate entrepreneur and pioneer in the global workforce solutions industry, CEO Rosaleen Blair founded Alexander Mann Solutions in 1997 with the ambition of transforming the way blue-chip multinationals attract, engage and retain top talent. Serving as CEO for 23 years, she led the business through huge geographic and revenue growth, a management buyout, four private equity relationships and a global economic crisis. In 2018, the company was sold to Omers Private Equity for £820 million, and in late 2019, Blair transitioned into the role of chair and remains a shareholder. She is passionate about creating opportunities for people. This year, Alexander Mann Solutions became AMS.
