Rosaleen Blair is the founder and chair of Alexander Mann Solutions, a pioneer in the global workforce solutions industry. She led AMS through huge geographic and revenue growth, a management buyout and four private equity relationships, the most recent being Omers Private Equity, which valued the business at more than $1 billion. Blair is a serial entrepreneur and investor, senior advisor to an investment firm and the chair of Everywoman. She has been recognized through numerous awards including E&Y Entrepreneur of the Year. She also chairs the London Irish Centre and has a number of other not-for-profit interests.
