Rituparna Chakraborty was appointed senior VP of Indian staffing firm TeamLease Services in 2011, having joined the company in 2003 as VP. Prior to that, she worked as a key account manager for job board Monster. Chakraborty is also one of the founding trustees of the Indian Staffing Federation, which was founded in 2011. She was appointed VP of the executive board in 2012, and became president in 2014.
