As president of professional staffing services for the West and Southwestern US at Robert Half, Rita Steel oversees Accountemps, OfficeTeam, Robert Half Finance & Accounting and Robert Half Management Resources. Steel transitioned more than 1,500 employees across nearly 90 locations to a remote work environment amid the pandemic and helped adapt Robert Half’s business model to leverage technology more effectively. Steel is a member of the Inclusion and Diversity Executive Steering Council for Robert Half. She pioneered Robert Half’s annual Suit Drive, benefiting nonprofits including Dress for Success, and is VP of the board of directors for City Ballet of San Diego.
