As president of professional staffing services for the West and Southwestern US at Robert Half, Rita Steel is committed to the development of a strong workforce. She oversees the operations of four specialized staffing divisions at Robert Half: Accountemps, OfficeTeam, Robert Half Finance & Accounting and Robert Half Management Resources. She pioneered Robert Half’s annual Suit Drive, now in its 17th year, throughout North American offices, and was recently appointed to the executive committee for Robert Half’s Diversity and Inclusion programs. Robert Half is the fourth-largest staffing firm in the US.
