Rita Steel is president, professional staffing services – West and Southwest US. Since joining Robert Half International 30 years ago, Steel has become an integral part of its executive leadership team that helped grow the company into a $5 billion dollar, Fortune 500 organization. Steel pioneered Robert Half’s successful annual Suit Drive — an initiative that has since generated close to 300,000 items of professional clothing for women in need. Steel is also committed to her community, where she is a board member for City Ballet of San Diego.
