Rika Coppens is CEO of House of HR, a Belgium-based specialist recruitment, engineering and consulting firm that ranks among the largest global staffing firms. Coppens has been CEO since 2017. The company now has more than 500 offices in Europe and provides jobs to 45,000 people each day. Coppens started her career in 1996 as a CPA at PricewaterhouseCoopers. She held executive leadership roles at Bureau van Dijk Computer Services NV and EFR Group BV prior to joining House of HR.
