Rebecca Henderson is the CEO of Randstad’s Global Businesses — which include Randstad Sourceright, Monster and Randstad RiseSmart — and an executive board member. She drives the strategic direction for enterprise clients with a focus on global customer engagements. Henderson’s team got the entire organization online overnight when the coronavirus hit and also launched the enterprise client Covid-19 digital support portal, providing a variety of tech tools to help clients manage through the pandemic. Committed to the advancement of women in the workforce, Henderson was instrumental in developing Randstad’s corporate-wide mentorship program, an initiative that is helping women across the company share knowledge and support career development.
