While completing her JD at Yale Law School, Ranjini Poddar noticed a void in the IT consulting marketplace, and in response, founded Artech LLC in 1992 with her husband, Ajay. Today, Poddar serves as CEO of what is now the 11th-largest IT staffing firm in the US. In 2019, Poddar drove Artech’s integration with the acquisition of CDI Corp., increasing the breadth of Artech’s service offerings. Over the next three years, Poddar aims to make Artech the first woman owned $1 billion workforce solutions and staffing services company.
