CEO Radhika Veer co-founded V-Soft Consulting out of her home in 1997. Now, the Louisville, Kentucky-based IT staffing firm is the 167th largest staffing firm in the US with revenue of $102 million. Veer is a board member of V-Soft Cares, which offers support and resources to local charities in the communities where V-Soft employees live. In 2019, V-Soft was awarded the MBDA Minority Innovation Technology Firm of the Year award from the US Department of Commerce, and in 2020 received the ClearlyRated Best of Staffing Talent Satisfaction Award and Best of Staffing Client Satisfaction Award.
