Vaca has been named to SIA’s Global Power 150 — Women in Staffing list six times, inducted into SIA’s Staffing 100 Hall of Fame and awarded Ernst & Young’s Entrepreneur of the Year and Goldman Sachs’ Most Intriguing Entrepreneur. A global advocate for DE&I, STEM education and entrepreneurship, Vaca served as presidential ambassador for global entrepreneurship. She is a lifetime member of the Council on Foreign Relations and a Henry Crown Fellow at the Aspen Institute.
