Nina Vaca has made a point of being active in the business community as a leader, spokesperson and role model. Under her leadership as chairman and CEO, Pinnacle Workforce Solutions has been consistently recognized for fast growth by Staffing Industry Analysts and Inc. magazine. In 2015, the firm was named one of the fastest-growing woman-owned/ led companies by the Women Presidents’ Organization. Vaca has been named one of the most influential Latinos for the past nine years, and she also serves as a Presidential Ambassador for Global Entrepreneurship and Chairman Emeritus of the US Hispanic Chamber of Commerce. Most recently, Vaca joined the Class of Henry Crown Fellows at the Aspen Institute. Vaca has appeared on the Staffing 100 list for five years.
