Nicola “Nikki” Soares is senior VP of Kelly Education, the largest education workforce solutions provider in the US with revenue of $433 million. She oversaw its expansion this year in early childhood education as well as into three states — Illinois, New Jersey and New Mexico — for a total of 38. She is executive chair of Kelly’s Leadership in Action employee resource group focused on the development and advancement of women leaders. Most recently, her advocacy role with the Michigan legislature earned Kelly Services an Achievement Award from the Michigan Association for College Admission Counseling. Kelly Services Inc. is the fifth-largest staffing firm in the US.
