Since 2022, Nathalie Jaoui has been deputy CEO and head of temporary staffing and recruitment at Groupe Crit, a France-based €1.7 billion temporary employment provider with 8,200 employees in 12 countries. She has led the group’s external growth strategy in the US market, and engaged it in corporate social responsibility. Jaoui has also been on the board of directors of Prism’emploi, the French staffing association, since 2003, and an executive council member of MEDEF since 2018. Groupe Crit in the 2021 was ranked in the Institut Choiseul’s New Conquerors of the Economy, which honors 150 companies participating in a dynamic of conquering their market.
