Nathalie Jaoui is deputy CEO, head of temporary employment and recruitment, Groupe Crit. This year, she was elected to the executive council of Medef, the Mouvement des Entreprises de France (Movement of the Enterprises of France, the leading network of entrepreneurs in France). Her association with Group Crit began in 1989 when she joined the company, served as CFO and joined the board of directors in 1992. She became head of Crit staffing division in 2000 and then deputy CEO of Groupe Crit in 2002; she oversees the ongoing series of acquisitions that is driving Group Crit’s growth in the US market. She has also been a member of the board of directors of Prism’emploi, the French staffing association, since 2003.
