Natasha Clarke is chief people officer at SThree and a managing partner responsible for strategic capability. She has more than 24 years’ experience in the staffing industry, having started her career with Progressive as a recruitment consultant in 1994. In 1997, she set up and served as managing director of Pathway, now a part of Real Staffing Group. Clarke joined SThree in 2008, and in 2011, established a program designed to support the development and progression of women within the organization, and established Women in Recruitment in partnership with APSCo. SThree has been recognized by The Times in its Top 50 Employers for Women. Clarke was named Opportunity Now’s Diversity Champion 2014.
