President of Growth and Strategy Mullady Voelker came to Gifted Healthcare in 2010. Combining a strong value for people with an equally robust business mentality, Voelker has guided Gifted to remain on a growth trajectory, focusing on geographic expansion, consultative partnering and creative solutioning. Overseeing the organization’s long-term growth strategy, Voelker led the Louisiana-based travel nursing organization to expand into 42 states during her tenure. Over the last two years, she helped retain 95% of their top 50 clients and improve clinician retention at unprecedented levels and, all the while, maintain a net promoter score well above industry standards.
