Mónica Flores, president, Latin America for ManpowerGroup, is responsible for the operation of 18 countries with more than 3,500 employees and 120,000 temporary workers. She participates in several boards of educational institutions, governments and organizations, including Confederación Patronal de la República Mexicana, Consejo Coordinador Empresarial and the American Chamber. Flores is also the president of the ManpowerGroup Foundation. She has been a speaker and panelist in forums in Europe, Asia and the US regarding talent and the world of work, including the World Economic Forum, Global Summit of Women, World Federation of People Management Associations, World Innovation Summit for Education, and New World Forum of the OECD, among others.
