Mio Kashiwamura first joined Recruit Ltd. (currently Recruit Holdings Ltd.) in 1998 and held a number of leadership roles in different divisions, including Shanghai Recruit Advertising and Recruit Lifestyle. She was appointed corporate executive officer, Recruit Holdings in 2015 and president and representative director of Recruit’s subsidiary Recruit Staffing Co. Ltd. In addition to her duties at Recruit Staffing, Kashiwamura is a board member of the World Employment Confederation as a representative for the North East Asia region.
