Michele McCauley, chief HR officer, oversees the HR functions for Apex Systems and Creative Circle, both business units of ASGN. Along with building collaboration among ASGN divisions, McCauley has been a crucial player in the company’s last three acquisitions. Known for her innovative training solutions and her passion for people development, she has created a women’s leadership program, built the corporate social responsibility function and led a committee to spearhead advancements for working parents at Apex. McCauley joined Apex Systems 22 years ago as an IT recruiter when the company had three branches. Acquired by ASGN in 2012, Apex now has 90 branches.
