As chief sales officer for EmployBridge, which ranks on Staffing Industry Analysts’ list of largest US staffing firms. Melissa Porter is dually focused on developing sales and nurturing a best-in-class executive sales team across the company’s spectrum of specialty brands: ProLogistix, ResourceMFG, Select Staffing, ProDrivers and RemX Specialty Staffing. Over the past year, Porter assisted with the successful integration of Select Staffing and EmployBridge through the identification, implementation and promotion of effective best practices on a national scale. She is also charged with uncovering cost-efficiency opportunities at large on-site accounts, creating holistic staffing solutions, and initiating partnerships with companies that value safety and fair pay for contingent workers.
