With 15 years’ HR, recruiting and talent acquisition management experience, Melissa Haefner founded Haefner Consulting and Staffing in 2017. The CEO, who prefers the term “chief happiness officer,” has been slowly and organically growing her business and markets her company as a boutique firm working with large global companies, providing staffing and consulting services within a variety of sectors. Haefner plans to use emerging technology to provide new and different opportunities to candidates and clients, along with a different lens as a minority female.
