Maria Boyse started her career at IBM in New York, and joined the IT staffing industry in 1995 as a branch manager. Boyse rose to other roles, including director of national accounts, VP of recruiting and VP of the Western region. She joined Allegis Group in 2003 when managed service providers were just gaining traction, and has held numerous roles in the organization. Today, she is executive director of Human Capital Solutions at Allegis Global Solutions, where she works with business development teams and clients to build complex, global solutions that can encompass a variety of services. Her experience at Allegis Global Solutions also includes mentoring women and minorities in business.
