Mara Swan is EVP, global strategy and talent at ManpowerGroup. Swan has been with Manpower- Group since 2005 and formerly served as chief people officer at Molson Coors Brewing Co. Human Resource Executive magazine named Swan the “HR Executive of the Year” for 2012, and this year one of the 15 “Most Powerful Women in HR.” Swan regularly speaks at high-profile events, including the World Economic Forum in Davos, and is vice chair of its Global Agenda Council on Gender Parity. She sits on the executive committees of the Personnel Roundtable and the HR Policy Association.
