Mara Swan was appointed ManpowerGroup’s executive VP, global strategy and talent, in 2009; in 2014, she added global brand leadership for the Right Management business. The company designated 2019 as its “Year of Learning” and designed learning pathways for all levels of the organization — including senior leadership — to develop their digital and human capabilities. Swan regularly presents at events worldwide, including the Annual Meeting of the World Economic Forum in Davos and the HR Policy Association annual conference in Washington, DC. Swan plans to retire from ManpowerGroup in March 2020. The company is included on SIA’s list of largest staffing firms in the US.
