Linda Galipeau is CEO of Randstad North America and also serves as an executive board member of Randstad Holding NV, one of the world’s largest staffing providers. Galipeau joined Randstad in 1995 as a district manager in Tennessee; two years later, she convinced Randstad to begin operations in Canada and grew Randstad Canada from a startup to a large organization. In 2008, Galipeau was appointed president of Randstad Staffing in the US and in 2012 was named CEO of Randstad North America. Galipeau is the first woman to sit on Randstad’s executive board. She also chairs the Randstad Innovation Fund, which invests in early-stage HR technology companies.
