As CEO of Randstad North America, Linda Galipeau oversees US and Canadian operations, including Randstad Sourceright and Randstad Digital Ventures organizations Monster and RiseSmart. Galipeau also oversees the Randstad Innovation Fund, a corporate investment fund dedicated to building a portfolio of early stage HR technology investments. Galipeau was the first female member of Randstad NV’s executive board. This year, Galipeau introduced “Randstad With Heart” in North America, an online program that connects employees with local volunteer opportunities. Nearly 50% of Randstad US employees have signed up and volunteered since its launch.
