Lesa J. Francis is immediate past-chairman of the American Staffing Association and president and CEO of Supplemental Health Care, the seventh largest US healthcare staffing provider. Francis took on the CEO role at Supplemental this year after having served as CEO of Staffmark, where she had become the first woman appointed CEO of a billion-dollar staffing company. She is also a member of the National Workforce Solutions Advisory Board. This year, Francis was named by Glassdoor as one of the highest-rated CEOs nationwide one of only four women to receive this honor. Francis has appeared on the Staffing 100 list four times.
