Lesa Francis brings more than 30 years’ staffing industry experience to her role as a board member of Supplemental Health Care, the 11th-largest healthcare staffing firm in the US. She was the company’s president and CEO from July 2016 to April 2020, when she joined the board. She came to Supplemental from a nine-year tenure at Staffmark, where, when she was named CEO, she became the first woman to be appointed to lead a billion-dollar staffing company. She is a past chairman of the board of the American Staffing Association, focused on the advocacy and integrity of the staffing industry.
