Laurence Pottier-Caudron is the founder and president of franchise-only staffing group Temporis, which is the largest staffing company of its kind in France. Since opening in 2000, the company has established a network of more than 140 offices throughout France. Pottier-Caudron started her recruitment career with Adecco as a director for the Midi-Pyrenees region in 1994, having previously worked in senior retail roles with mail-order fashion company La Redoute and food company Danone. She launched Temporis in 2000 after observing a lack of franchise opportunities in the French temporary staffing market. Pottier-Caudron was featured on the Women’s Equity Awards 2016, which celebrates 50 outstanding French companies led by women.
