Laura Smith is not only Digital Intelligence Systems’ VP of global human resources, but also its “culture curator.” Since 2014, Smith has eagerly brought innovative business thinking to the programs she’s introduced. She believes that culture and open communication matter, which is why she recently went on a US “listen and learn” tour of 16 offices to engage employees.
