Milan, Italy-based Laura D’Amico was appointed head of learnability and development in Europe for ManpowerGroup in July 2017. She has been with the company for 25 years in a variety of positions; in her current role, she partners with regional and country HR leaders to execute on ManpowerGroup’s people and culture strategic priorities. D’Amico also directs continuing enhancement of the company’s learning offerings, including the One Europe Leadership Development Program. A great believer in lifelong learning, D’Amico recently enrolled in a certified coaching program to support her own professional and personal growth.
