Senior VP and chief HR officer of Kelly Services Inc. since 2017, Kristin Supancich is changing the way Kelly thinks about internal and external talent into a single, total talent platform. Under her leadership, employee engagement and overall experience are up. Kelly has also increased internal mobility, leadership development, talent planning and the company’s percentage of diverse hires. Supancich previously was VP and managing director of global services at Kelly. Supancich is also a board member of Inforum, a Michigan-based organization seeking to accelerate careers for women and boost talent initiatives for companies. Kelly is the fifth-largest staffing firm in the US.
