Kimberly A. Cannon leads the people strategy at TrueBlue as EVP of HR. Since joining TrueBlue five years ago, she has increased the firms’ focus on people, in particular by attracting, retaining and developing women throughout the company. Cannon led the development of the company’s diversity and inclusion strategy, with a focus on expanding opportunities for women in leadership roles. Cannon mentors women professionals both inside and outside TrueBlue, and led a series of small-group discussions across the country for women in the company. In 2015, Cannon was recognized as one of Washington state’s most influential women by the National Diversity Council. Her vision is to ensure a workplace where talented men and women have equal opportunity to advance.
