Kim Pope is COO at WilsonHCG, a global talent solutions provider. Thanks in no small part to her efforts, WilsonHCG has seen its headcount grow by a factor of 20 and revenue by a factor of 15 during her nearly 13-year tenure. Pope is committed to empowering women to accelerate their careers with confidence and serves as executive chair for WilsonHCG’s Women Who Lead employee belonging group. She is also a founding member of the Lady Leaders Book Club and Fe League, a community of corporate, agency and entrepreneurial leaders across a variety of industries who are invested in supporting women.
