A 25-year healthcare industry veteran, Kelly Rakowski joined the staffing industry in July 2018, when she became president of leadership and search solutions for AMN Healthcare. Now, she leads the company’s interim leadership, physician permanent placement, recruitment process outsourcing, and executive search solutions. In 2019, under Rakowski’s leadership, the business successfully recruited and placed nearly 1,000 leaders, 800 physicians and 3,500 clinical staff into interim or executive positions. Rakowski advocates for diversity in both leadership and talent, which she believes is vital for an industry serving diverse populations.
