Kate Goss is managing director of PrideOne, the MSP and payrolling services business for Pride Global. As a minority-certified MSP, PrideOne offers IT and non-IT contingent workforce solutions for clients across the globe. Goss manages a team of more than 50 people in the US and India. Goss co-founded PrideOne’s women’s affinity group, which works to build a culture that supports women throughout all personal and professional stages. Her leadership and client relationships have helped lead PrideOne to a 100% client retention rate. Goss is also an instructor for SIA’s Certified Contingent Workforce Professional program.
