She launched Pontoon’s recruiterless RXO (Recruitment eXperience Outsourcing) and its Rapid Hire program, saving hiring managers 90,000 hours annually. Selfors-Thomann also regularly provides input and insight on DE&I and talent strategies for the future on various industry-related panels.
