Kara Rogan, who joined CoWorx in 2005, was promoted to chief operating officer in 2021 and this year added responsibility for people and culture, risk, marketing and the Luxury Method brand. Under Rogan’s leadership, CoWorx has seen a 24% revenue growth in the last year. Additionally, she helped make diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging integral to CoWorx’s company strategy. The business goals for this year have included commitments and targets specific to DE&I, such as increasing the representation of women in leadership and building a culture of inclusion.
