Joyce Russell has been a pillar in the staffing industry for more than three decades. She joined The Adecco Group more than 30 years ago at the branch level and now leads the operations team, sales team and field divisions for the third-largest staffing firm in the US. As president of Adecco Staffing US, she oversees nearly 450 offices in the US and Puerto Rico, managing a team that connects more than 70,000 people with jobs every week. Among Russell’s most notable achievements is her advocacy for diversity and inclusion — she pioneered the topic of women in the workplace and leads by example by volunteering her time for boards and causes and in breaking the “glass ceiling.”
