As president of Staff Management | SMX, Joan Davison has been instrumental in the company’s growth and international expansion. Under her leadership, the company’s revenue has doubled over the past five years, earning a place last year as one of the fastest-growing staffing firms in the US as well a first place ranking on HRO Today’s 2015 MSP Baker’s Dozen in the Breadth of Service category. Davison is a past recipient of the American Business Award for Executive of the Year and was named to SIA’s Staffing 100 list in 2012 and 2013.
