Jessi Guenther was appointed executive director of operations for EMEA at Allegis Global Solutions in 2012, having previously held a number of leadership roles at the company. She began her career as a recruiter for Aerotek in 1997, leaving to join sister company Allegis in 2004. She was promoted to director of global operations in 2008 and relocated from Wisconsin to London to take up her current role. Guenther is one of the founding members of Allegis Group’s Diversity and Advocacy Group and an advocate and spokesperson for women in leadership roles.
