As CFO at Staffmark Group, Jennifer Prospero is responsible for accounting, finance, treasury and administration. She joined Staffmark Group 16 years ago, wanting to be a part of an organization that makes a difference. Recently, as part of an integration project to combine two national staffing companies with 10 brands, she led her team in moving multiple systems to one platform — all in the midst of the pandemic. She is proud of how everyone worked together to create a better experience for their talent and clients — and, ultimately, to be able to change more lives every day.
