As senior VP of business operations, Jennifer Cirrito is responsible for all aspects of customer operations at Kforce Inc. She and her team established a virtual onboarding program at the onset of the pandemic while maintaining a leading compliance program. Her teams supported customers and drove a new high-volume business offering. Cirrito’s involvement in company DE&I efforts led to the first “Women and Balance” leadership panel, which has since inspired annual events. In honor of International Women’s Day in 2020, she interviewed a female NASA flight director from Johnson Space Center Mission Control to share lessons on teamwork and highlight how women are influencing the future through STEM.
