She has helped the company grow to become the largest healthcare staffing MSP provider with $1.4 billion in spend under management. She recently led her team to deliver innovative contract labor reporting, providing hospital leaders with actionable, real-time data. Chemtov has nearly 30 years of financial management and leadership experience in the staffing and consulting industries, including at Randstad. She is a United Way Reading Pal, Mizrahi Torah Academy board member and Florida Institute of CFOs member.
